These Terms of Service govern use of Tourism Everest, operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC. Use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Independent regional information

The website is an independent informational travel guide. It is not a governmental agency or official tourism authority. Its Nepal-side Khumbu and Sagarmatha coverage does not imply Tibet-side itinerary guidance, a summit-climbing service or an expedition credential.

Accuracy and changing conditions

We aim to provide useful editorial information, but material may contain errors or become outdated. Verify current access, rules, transport, services, conditions and availability with the responsible organizations before acting. Photographs document particular viewpoints and moments; they do not promise an equivalent future experience.

Professional guidance

General editorial content is not personalized medical, legal, financial, technical mountaineering or route-safety advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice, documentation, preparation and arrangements for your circumstances. A regional article is not a personalized ascent plan or navigation tool.
